Our waiter, Sean, was attentive and very informed on the menu items as well as the cocktails and wine. The bar is very sleek and the different take on drinks was a surprise, we tried the Cape May Old Fashioned and a Sea Salt cocktail that reminded me of a mojito with the mint leaves. Very tasty! All of our food was perfectly prepared and scrumptious. The scallops were very tender and tasty, crab cakes had a delectable sauce and great presentation. Many unusual choices so we definitely will come back to try out Chef Lou's other creations. The staff was extremely friendly but service was very slow and unorganized. From the time we were seated to the time we left, we must have had 3 or 4 different waiters and yet they claimed to be understaffed. The left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. We would put in an order with one waiter, another would come by asking to take our order. Then another would come by asking if the other waiter put our order in. I will say that it is the beginning of the season and any place that just opened for the summer would have a few wrinkles to iron out. The décor is fairly modern but nicely done. The service was very attentive the Sunday evening we went to Sea Salt. My husband and I did not even leave the resort for food because Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were off the charts amazing. Breakfast--must try the baked eggs w/ Spinach/Goat Cheese and handsdown BEST FRENCHTOAST I've ever had along with the homefries! Just great! For lunch we tried almost everything on the menu, notables were the chicken quesadillas, burgers, and MUST have the Lobster sandwich, it was to die for! Dinner--The Rib-Eye was delicious and very tasty. My husband had the grilled vealchop and said it was excellent. The atmosphere is young, hip and very SOBE.
