Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, located in the iconic Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, is the area's only AAA Four-Diamond steakhouse. Seagar's specializes in the finest prime beef and freshest seafood available on Florida's Emerald Coast, and offers a wine list that has repeatedly garnered Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence."

Seagar's brings traditional elegance back to the fine-dining experience, complete with private dining options, captain service, sommelier service and tableside preparation of items that include steak Diane, Dover sole and its signature bananas foster.

Seagar's also features a private-reserve wine list of more than 600 wine labels. The lounge offers guests full dining service and live piano entertainment.

Dress code is Sophisticated Casual. Gentlemen are asked to wear collared shirts, long pants and closed toe shoes. Jackets not required but appreciated. No beachwear, athletic wear or casual attire including hats and flip-flops.

The service? Absolutely A-1, attentive, friendly, and on point all night. Now let’s talk food… top-tier from start to finish! From the mouthwatering appetizers to the perfectly executed main course, every bite was full of flavor and finesse. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better—the NY cheesecake hit like a grand finale! Hands down, the best I’ve had in a long time. 🍰🤌🏾 Oh, and the drinks? Let’s just say the bartender deserves a raise. 🍸👌🏾 No complaints, just compliments. Worth every penny and then some! If you’re in Sandestin, make Seagar’s a must-visit.

Our server,Chase, was professional & checked all the boxes. Server assistant was wonderful. Arrived early & host got us seated promptly. Brought my parents for their anniversary & they loved everything about their experience. Highly recommend this restaurant :)

However the restaurant really went above and beyond to correct it. my fiancées salmon was almost raw. The lobster bisque is phenomenal! The restaurant is really nice, very upscale. the pianist was exceptional.

Highly recommend any of the specials. The aged Kansas City strip with Chimichurri was exceptional. The steak Diane is the best I've had in the USA. If you like foie gras, you are in for a real treat!
