I must admit that this was our second time at this evening conversion of a ski lodge into an upscale buffet. They added a harpist which really improved the ambiance. This is a tremendous treat for a special occasion. The variety is adequate that everyone in your party will find fare to their liking. There are selections that the non-seafood person would find acceptable such as prime rib and duck. I also need to mention the attentive service. This was our wedding anniversary dinner and it was a great choice. They sat us near a window and by the fireplace.
