We aspire to be among the best restaurants in the country, using locally sourced ingredients and displaying five-star service to all our guests. As owners, Kenneth Norcutt and Tracy Smith are involved in every aspect of the restaurant.     First time visiting SeaBlue. Our drinks were perfectly prepared and the food was outstanding. We had Fruit of the sea and sea bass both of which were delectable. This will be our go to when in Myrtle.

    Have not been to SeaBlue since 2020 and have wanted to return ever since. Our meal was delicious but overpriced. $79 for Chilean sea bass special (shame on me for not asking) and $59 for Fruits of the Sea (3 shrimp, 2 scallops and lobster that must have swam through it :). Cocktail and dessert prices were reasonable and more in line of what we’d expect. Our server Katherine was excellent, attentive without being pushy. Seating did seem a little crowded but it is a small space. Too many other great restaurants in the area to rush back.

    Dear Debbie, Thank you for dining with us again. 2025 is very expensive for authentic ultra-high-quality ingredients. We buy authentic Patagonian Toothfish aka Chilean Sea Bass vs others buying similar imported farm raised Asian product and selling as...Fish Fraud! We also use Fresh New Bedford Dry Pack U8 Diver Scallops, the best in the world. Several levels of scallops you can purchase on the market from $10 per pound to $50. Patagonian Toothfish 10oz Portions wholesale around $45 per pound and U8, Under 8 Scallops per pound, wholesale at $50 per pound. So, when we have a $25/$35 raw plate cost without labor and overhead costs, the dishes will be priced according to basic restaurant accounting principles. 3x the raw plate cost is standard for finer dining. You rated 5 Stars for food.

    The was a gastronomic event! The food and drinks were a 10/10 in flavor and presentation. The staff was attentive, but not intrusive!! We had one of the best restaurant experiences ever! Jason, was a fantastic waiter—he knew everything about the food, drinks and area!

    My favorite restaurant! Everything was perfect. This was our second time doing the tasting menu and we were again blown away. Everything on the menu was different than our last time, and still, it was all amazing. The goat cheese desert was the most incredible thing i have ever eaten in my life! Amazing service, amazing hostess and great atmosphere! 5 stars

    Food was absolutely terrific. Sat at the bar and had our meals. Service was good and attentive. The lights over our seats were not working so it was hard to read menu.

    From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed . Our waitress was excellent and very professional. The food, as usual, exceeded our expectations. The pistachio cheesecake was out of this world! Needless to say we enjoyed our dinner at Sea Blue.

    We had an amazing dining experience and highly recommend this restaurant for locals and travelers looking for an elevated culinary experience. My husband and I chose to try the 8 course tasting menu and we were blown away!! We got to sample a little bit of everything and not only was everything delicious but it was beautifully presented. Our server Lola was absolutely delightful and took care of our every need. We look forward to our next trip to North Myrtle Beach and to dining in this wonderful restaurant.
