ScutraFoodie's delightI have dined at Scutra a few times and each time the food gets better and better. Such different and unique dishes using local supplies. The staff is attentive without being intrusive. Also love the idea that each dish can be ordered as a small or large portion. Granted there was a large party seated near us and although we ate on the early side (6 pm reserv) and the party broke up before we left, it was sometimes too noisy for us and conversation was shouted instead of using normal voices. We'd been once before and had a memorable experience. The second visit was equally memorable. The flavors were unique and portion sizes substantial. Our group of 4 enjoyed squash bisque, goat cheese filo dough and a large Cesar salad for starters. House specialty Osso Buco did not disappoint and others loved the swordfish and chicken parm. Restaurant is noisy so we never go with more than 4 people so we can talk and only sit in the front room. The bar dinner seating is extremely energetic.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food was very good. WeThe food was very good. We enjoyed trying and splitting several dishes. The only issue we had was with the Open Table reservation. We wanted a 7 PM reservation but the closest available was 7:30 PM, which we booked.
