Scott's Restaurant & Bar (fka Scott's Seafood)Always a Class act...I never get tired of the food or service at Scott's, the food is fresh and top quality and always prepared perfectly. The service is personal without being over board, and the servers are very friendly, you can tell they like and enjoy their job. Phillip our server, was well versed in the specials and made recommendations which I always appreciate. At his suggestion I had the fresh Alaskan Halibut cooked the way I like it, medium rare, and it was incredible.
Scott's will never let you down, and even though Scott's is noted for their seafood, they also have USDA Prime Beef Selections on the menu, and since my Daughter and her husband are non fish eaters, this is the perfect spot for all of us to enjoy the best food and service together.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst time we had dined atFirst time we had dined at Scott's. it was very nice. We started with the shrimp cakes - excellent, followed by the beet salad, which was one of the best I've ever had,. For entrees we both had the Ahi tuna dinner. Again, it was melt in your mouth fabulous. We shared some Savignon Blanc wine, and unfortunately dessert was out since we were full and needed to get to the show.
Oh, the other great thing is that the valet parking is only $3.00 and we were able to leave the car there, walk 5 minutes to the theater, and not have to deal with the hassle of a parking garage. So very glad we did. The service was super, our server watched the clock so we didn't have to stress about making our curtain. Valet parking held our car until after the performance and it was so convenient. I recommend the organic chicken and the hanger steak in particular. But we enjoyed all the entrees and sides. The food is Always delicious and service is Excellent. They always make sure you are served in time to make your event. This evening I had relatives in from out of state and we celebrated 3 birthdays. Our waiter provided us with complimentary deserts and candles which made our dinner even more enjoyable. The valet parking also makes it convenient to park at the Resturant then walk to the theaters. Since we were going to a show down the street, I thought this would be a perfect place to enjoy dinner afterwards. Add in the fact that it was our wedding anniversary and we figured this would make a perfect celebration and an excellent way to wind the evening down.
We started off with the lobster bisque and clam chowder. As my wife put it, this was one of the best lobster bisque's she has ever had. My clam chowder was a little watery but still very edible.
We then moved on to the main course. My wife had the salmon and I had the scallops. Both excellent choices.
