We had a light meal of oysters on the half-shell, shrimp cakes, calamari and salads. Everything was superb. Our server, Katie, went way out of her way to be helpful, including giving us information about where we could by the special horseradish that they serve. The oystes were as good as they get! Great steaks and seafood in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Adept service staff. NewEngland clam chowder is the best anywhere...amazing. Tender clams, creamy texture, rich in flavor. Calamari app in two preparations, can't decide which is better but the Provencale is amazing. Service was friendly, informed, and efficient (although we did not feel rushed). Waiter kept us apprised of the time so we wouldn't miss our performance. Only week dish was beet salad. The ambiance, service and food is excellent. The fresh oysters and ceviche are the best I've tasted anywhere.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMAlways a Class act...I never get tired of the food or service at Scott's, the food is fresh and top quality and always prepared perfectly. The service is personal without being over board, and the servers are very friendly, you can tell they like and enjoy their job. Phillip our server, was well versed in the specials and made recommendations which I always appreciate. At his suggestion I had the fresh Alaskan Halibut cooked the way I like it, medium rare, and it was incredible.

We started with the shrimp cakes - excellent, followed by the beet salad, which was one of the best I've ever had,. For entrees we both had the Ahi tuna dinner. Again, it was melt in your mouth fabulous. We shared some Savignon Blanc wine, and unfortunately dessert was out since we were full and needed to get to the show.
Oh, the other great thing is that the valet parking is only $3.00 and we were able to leave the car there, walk 5 minutes to the theater, and not have to deal with the hassle of a parking garage. So very glad we did. The service was super, our server watched the clock so we didn't have to stress about making our curtain. Valet parking held our car until after the performance and it was so convenient. I recommend the organic chicken and the hanger steak in particular. But we enjoyed all the entrees and sides. The food is Always delicious and service is Excellent. They always make sure you are served in time to make your event. This evening I had relatives in from out of state and we celebrated 3 birthdays. Our waiter provided us with complimentary deserts and candles which made our dinner even more enjoyable. The valet parking also makes it convenient to park at the Resturant then walk to the theaters. Since we were going to a show down the street, I thought this would be a perfect place to enjoy dinner afterwards. Add in the fact that it was our wedding anniversary and we figured this would make a perfect celebration and an excellent way to wind the evening down.
We started off with the lobster bisque and clam chowder. As my wife put it, this was one of the best lobster bisque's she has ever had. My clam chowder was a little watery but still very edible.
We then moved on to the main course. My wife had the salmon and I had the scallops. Both excellent choices. I don't believe I have ever had such a wonderful fish meal as we did Fri. night. The service was impeccable and all the staff were very friendly. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about both the wine and food menus. The calamari appetizer had a fantastic lemon garlic butter sauce and was one of our favorite dishes of the night. Our mahi mahi & seared ahi dishes were cooked perfectly, and were also very flavorful. We were also surprised at the end of our meal when our waiter comped us a cheesecake beignet dessert. It was like a light donut crust with cheesecake oozing out of it when we cut into it. It was a delicious way to end the evening. The cocktails came quickly, the wine list was good, and all of us were more than pleased with our appetizers and entrees. Oysters rockerfeller good, but 4 small oysters for $16 really should be 6 like every other restaurant. Calamari very good, but get the sauce on the side so they don't get soggy. Chowders were very good, salads good but over priced. The Seabass was good, but the fish was burnt on the bottom and we did not have time to request a new one. Cioppino, Sole, Mahi and Filet all excellent. Unfortunately, our dinners were slow to come out of the kitchen and we were going to the Theatre so we had to rush at the end of our meal. I love the fact that they get their fish from sustainable fisheries as well. The food was AMAZING. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and it is always cooked to perfection. The service here is always so great. Everyone is extremely kind and attentive. We even got to the location about a half hour earlier, and they were able to still seat us, which was so great.
