"You send a confirmation for Easter Monday, without mentioning that you will not be operating on "summer hours" until after May 13th.

Thankfully, I was sufficiently self aware to check the restaurants status when we arrived on the Sunday prior.

Sloppy reservation and information management."

"We had a reservation on a Saturday night for a birthday party for 6. They seated us upstairs where there was another party with at least 20 people going on. 20 people who did not sit once at their own table. It was so loud in there we couldn't even hear each other talk. Which is not really their fault, but didn't help. The waitress, who seemed like she worked there for awhile was terrible. She did not know half of the things on the menu, and did not know that they were out of many of the options on the menu. I am pretty forgiving of servers, but this was beyond bad. There are too many things that she did for me to write them all since I am just about out of room. The food was good, but the night was ruined with the service."

"We have been here a few times and they never dissappoint..Went for an early dinner Saturday night. I had the truffle chicken and my husband had the sirloin steak, both amazing. Afterwards, went to the bar for the piano show, great night, great food. Our server Betty was also amazing!"
