  • "We went for brunch and I have to say that I have had much better. The selection of food was great unfortunately they were out of many items including orange juice and bacon. The wait at the omelette station was extremely long and they gave my omelette away to someone else. Also the waffles were rock hard. The dessert bar was really good though. I am choosing to believe that it was just an off day and will try it again."

When I arrived with my special lady, the staff knew what I had reserved and seated us to the prepared booth table. The server was very attentive but not constantly asking how everything was. She knew when to ask and when to walk by. The food was very delicious, served hot and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this facility to anyone based on my great experience."

  • "For the price and the hype, the experience didn't match up. Even though we had reservations we had to wait a few minutes so they could "get the table ready". After seated, it was nearly 15 minutes before a server showed up and only after we asked another employee to track down our server. My meal wasn't as hot as it should have been. My husband's steak wasn't cooked as he had requested. All in all, meh."

  • "It was our 33rd wedding anniversary, so it was an evening that we were looking forward to - a nice relaxing evening and nice food. Our server was Katie and she was wonderful - very engaging and caring about us an how we managed to last 33 years. no one ever took an interest in us this this before. At the end of the evening we experienced very tasty meals, excellent wine, and a complimentary dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be back, but before our 34th."

  • "We visit the Sawmill regularly as we really enjoy the food. The biggest problem is the small tables that they put us at. We requested a booth on Saturday evening but was told need them for larger parties. The tables are very small for a full course meal with drinks and that is our problem. At the moment we are not very happy. The Sawmill takes reservations on Saturday evening which we like also as some restaurants do not. The service and the food is excellent every time we go there but once again it is the table. Doug"

  • "Had my Valentines Day reservation changed at the last minute by the restaurant that was over-booked (4:00 pm on the 13th), the dessert that my girlfriend ordered was on the special menu wasn't available, I was not asked for my Loyalty Card when paying, didn't receive the flower / champagne basket at the end of the meal (I had to ask for it), the General Manager asked me to send an e-mail outlining the events of the evening and I still haven't received a response."

  • "The Ruben sandwich that was ordered through our party was terrible. There was not enough meat and barely any sauerkraut (by mearsuring I would have to say 1 seeping teaspoon). With the lack of both main ingredients it was awfull, to top it off the bread was soggy, obviously not toasted enough. The weird thing was, it was a Saturday afternoon with one other party in the ENTIRE restaurant so there was no excuses of the kitchen being busy. What every you do, do not order the Ruben Sandwich."

The table top had an extreme wobble to it and I was so close to the table behind me that I could hear them chew. not as romantic as I thought for the occasion."
