Can't go wrong with Al Fresco dining at Merrick Park. The service was attentive and the food was good (not great). The Mediterranean dishes were tasty (Tabouli, hummus, falafel). The Tuna roll we ordered was overcooked and server immediately replaced the dish. The cocktails were savory and they even had belly dancer which we couldn't see from our table.

Nice looking fusion restaurant but doesn't quite make it on the sushi offerings. Dined outside in the center of the complex - nice open location. The hallmark of a good sushi restaurant is the sushi rice. Last night, their rice was mushy and dense. The mixed green salad was uninspired, but fresh. The baba ghannouj was decent. Sashimi was fresh, but the scallops tasted a little funny. The waitstaff is a little inexperienced and my waitress passed off fountain lemonade as "fresh lemonade." Would not recommend nor go back.
