Sava"s Restaurant, originally Sava's State Street Cafe, opened June of '07 at a small location across from our current space on State. We started small, every year adding, changing, and working with our customers to achieve an atmosphere and menu that we were proud of. Little did we know a plan
… for a big name pharmacy to take over our building was in the works, so we went looking for a new home. The quaint cafe was merely a jumping off point for the elaborate expansion that later followed. In August of '09 we opened Sava's Restaurant in the beautiful location we're in today, making a name for ourselves based on great service, a young, welcoming atmosphere, & delicious dishes.
We cater to a wide range of clientele, including students, professors, townies, out-of-towners – we open our doors to everyone.
