The food was cooked to perfection and the creative desserts were superb. The grouper and scallops were perfectly cooked, seasoned and simply delicious. Not very large therfore providing an intimate atmosphere between patron and staff. The service was attentive but not smothering which was nice for our occasion. They have an extensive wine list, some very expensive, but I had trouble finding something to my taste, but the Cab Franc we chose turned out just fine. The waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. I had the fuoi gras and the salmon, cooked perfectly. Delish! My partner had the new coddled egg and the filet which was so tender it melted in you mouth and had a great smokey flavor. They focus on a few things and do them well. The food changes seasonally so you will generally have variety in the menu. These are true mixologist behind the bar. After you have enjoyed your drink, enjoy dinner. Their menu changes each day, which I love! You never know what's new and different and different is what is all about. Be sure to have an appetizer, they have some fantastic gems you have to try. Any meal,can be paired with a wine from their smart wine list.
