Public Transit: Satis Bistro is conveniently located only five blocks from either the Exchange Place and/or Grove Street PATH Stations. The NJ Transit Hudson Lightrail Station at Essex Street is only four blocks away.

Parking Details: Street parking only. However, there is a public parking garage in the Liberty Towers, at the corner of Morris & Greene (1 block southeast of Satis). Validated parking is available for private parties only, inquire with management.

Satis Bistro offers an eclectic European menu with several Italian, Spanish and French favorites among others. Satis is a casual dining establishment, open Tuesday-Sunday that offers a cafe and gelato shoppe in addition to a full menu. Also enjoy outdoor cafe seating seasonally.

"Food is very good. Unfortuntely, service for an 8 or 9 seating is not. We had better service at earlier seatings when it is not as crowded.

I am not looking forward to Satis getting their liquor license. Will probably not go back then. Price with my wine is good for what you get. Paying their markups to justify the liquor license will not make sense."

"Food was terrific. Waiter was personable, though we waited a while to get our orders taken. However, was Friday night and the place was packed, so the delay was understandable. Food and ambience more than made up for it, we will definitely be back."

"This is my 4th visit to Satis Bistro and it never lets me down!! The prix fixe menu is the way to go! The short rib is delicious, but the best thing on the menu is the german chocolate cake sundae! This is the sole reason I keep returning to this restaurant! It is the best dessert I've ever had! Service is always good."

"This was my 3rd visit to Satis and it didn't disappoint. Brunch was delicious. I had the poached eggs and my husband had the burger. Both were DELICIOUS. There were a little too many little kids there for my liking (loud) but that isn't the restaurant's fault. I believe this is the best restaurant in Jersey City and I plan on celebrating my birthday there soon."

"Place is really a great brunch place. The service was slightly slow and the waiter wasn't aware of whats available in terms of beverages. However, food was excellent. Ambience is great, neighborhood is pretty and green and feels great to have a quiet brunch in this cute neighborhood.
Will definitely go back soon."

"We enjoyed brunch, were seated immediately by a waiter with a delightful french accent...only one minor complaint in that there was about a 35 minute wait between the appetizer (cheese plate) and entrees...yet between entres and dessert only 5 minutes. Our entrees were the burger, ricotta stuffed french toast and beef brisket. Portions were generous and dessert was outstanding (mango sorbet and chocolate sundae)."

"We went to Satis with some great friends and we really enjoyed everything about it. Our waiter was witty, but not overbearing and the service was excellent. Food was creative and meats and cheeses very special. We would definelty come back again."

"We went for brunch to celebrate a friend's engagement and had a really great time. The server was attentive, the atmosphere was relaxed, the food was EXCELLENT. We spent a couple of hours there and never felt rushed or like we were being pushed out the door. Oh, and the desserts are fantastic! All in all, a great meal! I would love to come back once it gets a little warmer since they have a lot of outdoor seating!"
