Whether it’s a special birthday dessert created especially for the guest of honor or arranging all the details of a private party for several hundred corporate clients, our event director is just a bit famous for doing whatever it takes to make your event experience as seamless for you as it is for your guests. You can even choose to be a guest in your own home. Sashi will set up a custom sushi and sake bar for your private event.

"Was also over charged - told the server and they still charged my card the wrong amount. The Poko was not good at all. "robata" sea bass was chewy.
Was told they did not get enough new menus printed and they only had 20 total for the entire resturant"

"This was a great find. The moment we walked through the front door we were greeted by a friendly team. Once seated, we got an introduction to the menu, the food and presentation was just fantastic. The overall service was outstanding. You must go - we will go again.

"Used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Not so anymore. Since the chef left and it is under a new chef...the food has gone downhill! We were very dissatisfied. The menu has gotten complicated. They added specials which even confuse things further. All our favorite items are taken off the menu. We were unhappy to say the least."

"Went for valentines dinner. They were able to move my reservation up which was very nice. Also, the food was absolutely amazing, definitely great value for what you get. You HAVE to have the miso soup, definitely the best I've had in a long time with fresh tofu ;-)"

"We had a fantastic time! Food is amazing! Service is great! Ambiance is energetic and upscale. There were even a few A-list actors there dining next to us! The only negative
thing I'd comment on is some of the seating is a bit close together. Other than that, it is a wonderful experience. We will go back!"

"Walked past this place a few times to go to other spots in Manhattan Beach. The Sushi menu seems pricey and there are a lot of very good Sushi places in town.
We therefore decided to try the "cooked; fooods. We were susprised at the diversity of the menu and the quality of the food. Something "different" at the beach for sure."
