Our waitress, who was fairly new, did not recall this dish and offered what she thought might be similar. However, once Molly, the Manager or Assistant Manager stepped in, she checked with the kitch staff and the Chef who remembered this peppered tuna with lobster dipping sauce and prepared this wonderful dish for us. Without hesitation she said Sapporo, and gave us directions. I looked it up on Open Table and made a reservation for about 1 hour later. Best meal we had during our week long stay in Scottsdale. I had Salmon and my husband Mahi Mahi. Both cooked to perfection. Between the price and the food itself, the meal was DELICIOUS. They had a room in the back that sat 20 people so I booked the room. Last minute about 6 people cancelled but Sapporo was very understanding and still allowed me access to the room. The room was tucked away so we felt private and we all very much enjoyed everything. The food was excellent! The chef we had was HILARIOUS he did tricks like most other teppenyaki places but he also interacted with us. The servers we had were very nice, helpful, and very attentive to our party.
