  • "Just a suggestion. Opentable might want to check the internet, and your own wed site!!!!! to make sure the restaurant is still open. The fact that you are sending me this questionnaire, shows how out of the loop you are. Santorini closed on August 6th. I would not use open table again due to the fact that you are not reliable or up to date on current information. Considering we live 30 miles from the restaurant, I happened to go online to get directions and noticed comments about the restaurant being closed. Sure enough, when I called their number, a answering service confirmed they were closed."

  • "What is the matter with OpenTable that after 5 e mails to them they continue to allow reservations at Santorini's. I drove 50 miles to eat there on the 11th with the blessing of OpenTable....THEY ARE CLOSED. WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO STOP LETTING PEOPLE RESERVE TABLES??????   • "We drove a total of 2 hours to go to Sunday brunch only to get there and see they were closed and would be re-opening under new management. Why would a company continue to advertise this brunch on their website, continue to take reservations, and send out reminders about said reservations when they're closed. We were incredibly disappointed."

  • "I booked a online reservation for this restaurant. This was going to be a very special occasion. We even drove approx. 30 miles just to get there. When entering the parking lot we were surprised to see only 2 other car in the parking lot. They should have been open already for 35 minute. We looked on the front door only to find a small sign that read "Closed". We called their phone number & a person answered stating they had been closed for a week. How can a business close down & continue to have a active web site? Thank you for ruining what was to be a very special day."

I tired letting Open Table know so they would stop making reservations for people. Hopefully this message will get through so others will not be wasting their time and travel going there and scrambling to make other plans."

  • "I purchased a Groupon for brunch here. I live about an hour away from Eden Prairie, so our entire morning was structured around being there on time for our 10:15AM reservation. I arrived at the restaurant only to find a big "closed" sign on it. Apparently they will be reopening "soon" under new management (who knows when "soon" will actually be). I was incredibly upset, not because they were temporarily closed, but because they never informed me of this! There was no mention of this on their website, and what's more, they let me make a reservation a week in advance! I got a confirmation of our reservation date/time and even received a reminder the day before our brunch. So basically, we drove 2 hours roundtrip for nothing. So upsetting."

When we got there, the restaurant was closed with a sign saying: Opening soon under new management We had to scramble last minute to find another place to eat. The sign welcomed us to return "soon" when it would be reopened under new management.   • "Made reservation via Open Table on Sunday for dinner Monday evening August the 4th. Reservation confirmed. Showed up at 5:30 on Monday and restaurant closed that day. Sign said will reopen at a later date under new management. Now our gift cards will probably not be any good. Bummer. Advise, use those gift cards at restaurants right away because you never know. This place always seemed busy."

  • "I have been to this brunch in the past and thought it was great, well not this time. It took the waiter 27 mintues to come and get our order for drinks! The food in the buffet was near empty and what was left was cold. All in all not worth the $39 groupon and if I were paying full price I would have asked to speak with a manager. Very sad."

  • "My husband and I wanted a nice Greek dinner. We checked out the reviews and decided on Santorini. The menu items sounded wonderful! It is a bit pricey ($25/plate) but we do t get out for dinner often so we decided to go for it. The hostess was friendly and showed us to our table, quiet and out of the way. The doors to the patio were open and there was a nice breeze. But when the server came for our drink order, I was appalled. She was wearing a sport tank, hot pink bra underneath which I could clearly see the straps, tight black yoga capris, and multi colored running shoes! If I'm spending $100 on dinner for two, I'd like a server dressed for the occasion. Unprofessional. The food was above average, but we won't be back."

Our server brought my husband a birthday dessert! I called him the birthday boy once at the beginning and the server caught that and remembered and brought the dessert without my saying anything! It was very, very nice. We will be back!"

Everything from traditional Mediterranean fare to breakfast foods. The food quality is very good and it's nice to see Tony, the owner, on-site and checking in with the patrons."

  • "The food was cold and tasted like it was cooked the night before. We were sat in the corner where the windows were covered with spiders and webs. A large group was sat next to us making it difficult to go to the buffet, therefore the waiter only came back to see if we were finished. I would never recomend or return even if it was free."

However, My Dallas family was in town, they brunch was not available because of time problems, so I used the above groupon for Saturday night. The server would only allow the purchase price of $75.00 to be use, anad for the 10 of us, everything was so slow, it required 2 hours from the time we arrived before we could finish only appetizers and leave. I'm not going back."

  • "It was a beautiful Sunday evening to sit outside. Had a great spot. Food was great but the service was awful. We weren't sure if the wait person was new or if they were understaffed. Water never was refilled; ordered a dessert to celebrate a birthday...twice... but were never asked what the birthday boy wanted. Took forever between getting the menus and ordering and waiting for the tab. Very disappointing. Restaurant was not busy inside and moderately busy outside."
