  • "Our first experience was for an anniversary dinner. The superb menu offers a wine, beer and cocktail selection to match. All of our selections were executed to perfection. Our server was excellent and we requested her on our return for lunch with friends. Inquiring about food allergies we discovered we can bring our entire family. We hope to have many shared memories at SPBH in the future. Highly recommend!"

  • "The wine list at this restaurant needs IMPROVEMENT big time (and quickly). Cab Sauv (start) at $60 and run up to $250 ???????? One Merlot offered on the wine list (1) and it's a $32 twist cap Merlot. Only one (1) Pinot Grigio (expensive) and don't even get me started on the Chardonnay list. This restaurant needs to have options at ALL price levels for all varietals. Get your wine list aligned with the clients coming in and the menu you offer. Most people I saw were either eating Burgers or Fish tacos. NOBODY is ordering $40 - $50 - $60 bottles of wine with Burgers - Tacos. SORRY! Please update your wine list and fast! people want to choose from a larger list than what you currently offer."

  • "This is the change that the old Sandy Point needed! The interior is warm and inviting and charming. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The menu has something for every appetite. Each of the 4 of us ordered something different and all were spectacular. We got some recommendations from our server, Joel and they were great. One of us couldn't eat the vegetable that came on the side because of a dietary restriction, and they provided an alternative plate of vegetable. Very accommodating and delicious! The stroganoff was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, the noodles and sauce, divine! We will be back!"

  • "The fries seemed stale. I think it was the way they were made. The vegan burger was mush. The vegan burger was sloppy a d there was no wipey. Also it should not matter what time of day a person eats. The food should be delicious and well. The menu did not have a lot of choices."

The food and drinks have always been great here, but with the recent renovation, the atmosphere can easily transport you to a beach house in Florida or the East Coast. We enjoy taking our friends and family "down the street" to such a quality place. The service, as usual, was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!"

  • "We had a great meal with friends this weekend. Food and wine selection has a good range of options and prices. Never had a bad meal here. This visit was in November so not as crowded as mid summer. A little quieter this time of year and no wait at the bar which can be a problem. Great location, the staff is efficient and polite."

  • "This place has been stuck on the same menu for some items since it opened ( soups & salads especially) but seems to be starting to expand a bit. I had a lovely rainbow trout and one of my friends had an excellent beef stroganoff. I with they could find a way to baffle some of the noise, there are so many hard surfaces that it really gets out of hand."

  • "A friend told us you were open again. Read some of the reviews and were hesitant. Glad we checked it out for ourselves. Everyone from the front desk to the Waitress were very pleasant. The food was excellent. We'd eat thre again. Menu was a bit pricey for the main entrees. Need more less expensive options on the menu."

  • "Love the interior of the restaurant. Service staff was friendy. The pear/cucumber martini was good. Not so good was the food. We were there for maybe 5 minutes and our food was already out. I was somewhat surprised. I got the spreads and breads.. Unfortunately not so much "bread" they had stale tortilla chips. It would have been much better with warm pita bread, crusty french bread etc to go with the 3 dips which were all cold. My husband got the short ribs. They looked good, but they were refrigerator cold on the inside which means they just heated them up in a microwave? We sent them back. For the prices we paid I expected much better food. I will probably not go back."
