Thank you.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMGetting BetterThis was my third time at this restaurant. The deal coupon on TravelZoo was a great savings that is why I keep going back. But I must mention that each time I go back the final bill is different even though I am buying the same things each time.
When I called in to reserve, I tried to get noon for that day and she said they were booked but didn't give me another time close to that time that they had open, had to get that online reservation.
Service was slow but was compensated with free coffee and tea. Which was nice but the amount of time it took the beverages comp just really make up for the time lost. But at least she acknowledged the problem.

The decor has some nice blue and dark wood with hardwood floors, so the noise levels can go up if the restaurant is full. We shared some bruschetta for an appetizer, and I had an Italian sausage & chicken penne & my sister had a seafood linguini. We also had a couple of glasses of nice Spanish white wine, and also shared a lemon shortbread dessert. Our server was friendly, although the service was at times slow, but we ended up having a relaxed pace for lunch. The restaurant is small, not as spread out as we're used to, it was busy but not full. The pasta portions are not huge, but still a decent size and very good. The chicken parm was one of the best I have ever had. Service was good and attentive 4 staff serving and we were in and out under an hour.
