The Tapas are excellent with a very good wait staff (Lopez). This was a Kid Rock pre-concert meal, and my only complaint is that the place wasn't super busy but the food delivery was slow. This was counteracted by the head waiter comp'ing us for our last tapa that we had to eat fast. Whatever you pick, you are almost guaranteed to like it. The goat cheesecake dessert is one of the best that I have ever had, and the french press coffee was really good (something so rare for most restaurants). There is no need to eat a 20oz steak and tons of sides, when you can savor a true eating experience. I suggest pairing a flight a wine for added variety and exploration. We usually do an appetizer and 2-3 tapas. Sitting at the food bar is an added bonus. It is entertaining and intriguing to watch your food being prepared.
