Parking Details: Free Parking located in the hotel parking lot. Parking costs two dollars per hour and Samuels will re-imburse you up to 2 hours for lunch and 3 hours for dinner. If hotel lot is full there is ample parking on the street or St. Ann's academy where Samuels will re-imburse you as well.

"This is a great place for lunch with friends or a dinner out, special occasion or not! Great outlook over to Thunderbird Park. Cozy place to be anytime. Food is consistently good and service excellent. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend!"

"This used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Victoria.That is why I booked it for our 30th anniversary.The service was horrible and the food not much better.I wasn't asked if I wanted to take home what had left as if they knew I wouldn't want it.The fellow next to us said the burger was the worst he'd ever had and the waitress wasn't surprised.As we were staying in the hotel we decided to also have breakfast there.It was a little better, but when I asked to have what my neighbour diner had I was told that was on a different menu and was never told what that menu was.I think they need to decide if they are an fine dining restaurant or are just there to cater to the hotel guests."

"This is a nice local eatery. The decor is out-dated but the food is delicious. The service excellent. It is a favourite with the older crowd as a nice place to eat. I found the prices rather high for the decor and ambiance."

"We frequent Samuels often because we love the food, service and quality of the food. We are often a party of 10 and Samuels is able to accomodate us comfortably. The prices are good as well"
