The level of service was excellent.
Our only disappointment was that Sambucca only offers Gluten Free Tinkyada elbow pasta with all their dishes. When you order seafood dishes elbow pasta is not only inappropriate but just doesn't taste good with the meal.
The restaurant says that the elbow pasta is the only style offered. Also, they would NOT allow a customer to bring their own pasta to compensate for their short sidedness.
