Unfortuantely, since the flank steak was our favorite choice of meat, it was the most requested during our dining experience. The other meat items requested were well prepared and met our expectations.
There is a 50/50 split on the signature rum magarita. I thought it was good, but my counterpart strongly disliked the taste!!

The experience should not be confused with sheer amounts of food but by many different foods served one at a time with most items being cut from 2 foot long skewers that are brought to your table every couple minutes until you ask them to stop.
The various beef cuts were all seasoned a bit differently and were all extremely good although the sirloin was our favorite. Other items were lamb, pork, pineapple, bread, chicken, turkey, sausage and more. We enjoyed all of it with the exception of the slot machine noise but hey, it is in the middle of a casino.6/2/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food and serviceAll the meats were seasoned well and were delicious. Service was fast and informative. The only thing slightly bad about the service was that I thought they were going to explain each meat that was cut. They just came by and asked if we wanted any. Overall it was a great experience. The price was about right for the quality of food and service, considering it is in a casino, although it should cost a bit less to be considered a good value. This place was so well decorated very authentic. our waiter was very attentive and flexable with our meal. the food was awesome. OMG the honey lamb and lemon chicken was the beat I have ever tasted. our belly dancer was so friendly and talked with us for about a half our after show. The food and service was fantastic. Couldn't ask for better in a dining experiencing. Very well organized.

This won't happen at Samba Brazilian Steakhouse. Located inside The Mirage in Vegas it has once again been a great find for friends and family when I take them to this great Restaurant. Made reservations about a week in advance and glad we did. The place was packed, but the best seats in the place were set aside for my group of seven. As suspected the food was great as was the service.....Be sure to ask for Frank! With a large party, sometimes the service and food suffers....not here. Everything was Great!!

The sides were very good also. If I could eat a lot the all you can eat meat skewers looked great. The only thing was 8.75 for a bottled Fiji water seemed a bit much. My wife also had a mojito for only 12.

The food is wonderful and the service is great. We swear by the Rodizio as it offers so many meat and poultry items as well as the vegetables, plantains and salad.
