The food was fantastic, the Greens
and Beans brought me back to my grandmothers cooking on Sundays. The rigatoni was light and the peppers cooked just to perfection, touch of good tasting sausage a plus. The quality of the food for the price is unbelievable."

We have all done the LV Strip -
let the kids and tourists have it! For a birthday celebration we choose Salvatore's at the SunCoast. A casino, yes, but the restaurant, food and service is excellent. Martinis from the bar are cold and large. Piano music and singer adds the right ambiance to 4 people who enjoy talking. Booths are wonderful and have done large groups in main dining area. We will return again and again!"

Salvatore's cuisine is always
superb and so is the service. We generally frequent this restaurant on Wednesdays to take advantage of their half price wine and avoid crowds, but crowds and all the staff was right on it and we had a terrific meal with excellent service despite the standing room only crowd.. If you haven't tried it you are missing out."

Based on our dining companions,
this restaurant may well be on the lower level of a senior-living facility. However, since the first floor was also a casino, perhaps not. The large table of Italian-heritage gentlemen eating while we were there signified that the delicious, authentic Italian food we had is an on-going hallmark of the restaurant. It's not a hot-spot, but Salvatore's offers delicious food at good prices. For a quiet, affordable, out of the way dining experience with great food, I'd recommend it. And save room for the cannelloni!!"

WE HAVE EATEN AT OTHER LAS VEGAS
RESTURANTS AND PAID THREE TIMES AS MUCH AND BEEN DISAPPOINTED THIS RESTURANT IS A GEM - THE VEAL IS INCOMPARABLE. WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR EVENING THERE AND WILL RETURN"

This restaurant is located in a
gaming casino located a good 20 minute drive from the Strip. Food is above average on quaility. Pasta is made at the restaurant. Unforunately the service was slow. Nice to hear the piano player - with locals sitting around it then taking turns singing. As stated food was excellent yet this is not a venue for special occassions - a good place to eat and enjoy the food and music."

Host was prompt to seat us and
very friendly. Server was on his game and very nice to interact with. Food was spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers, entrée and desserts. Plan to revisit soon!"

Salvatore's is our favorite white
tablecloth restaurant in the NW side of Las Vegas. Food is great, good atmosphere, wonderful service. Great place to take out-of-town visitors."

I enjoy the Salvotore's Restaurant
for the piano bar and the piano player is great. Nice place to relax before having a really good dinner. Prices very comfortable and wine by glass always excellent. One of my neighborhood favorites"

My wife and I had a very nice
dinner at Salvatore's. She had the Filet of Sole Parmesan and I had one of their specials, Braised Short Ribs. The thing that we liked most was the quiet. The room was very quiet and had subdued lightly that added a nice romantic touch to a great meal. Our waiter was attentive without being interrupting. We will be back next month."

Have been there several times.
Great service, food and ambience!"

If you really love basil, then
this place is for you.....but it was just way too much for me. We ordered 3 very distinct different entrees, and soup (seafood ravioli in a cream sauce, lasagna in a meat sauce, a rigatoni dish, and pasta fagioli soup). All of these dishes were loaded with basil. They even serve what I believe was basil butter with their bread."

We have eaten there many times
before and enjoyed the veal marsala. This time, even using a steak knife, the veal was inedible. We sent it back, the reorder was only marginally better."

Service was great. Food was
outstanding! Exceeded our expectations."

I have to admit I am not a fish
person. seldom order it. HOWEVER, one of the specials that evening was a pan seared striped bass with a summer salad of baby spinach, orzo, fresh oranges, feta and kalamata olives. OMG. This may well be one of the top 5 meals and indeed the best fish dish ever. The skin was crunchy, the fish moist and wonderful. Service was very good and considering they had a very large private party in the middle of the dining room, food arrived quickly. Hubby ordered the shrimp risotto which he did enjoy. If I have one negative it would be the bread basket quality and variety. But that fish..."

Tried this place after hearing its
one of Oscar Goodman's favorite Italian restaurants. Minus it being inside the Suncoast, the food was great and loved the old time atmosphere. There was a piano player during the dinner and people sitting around the piano drinking and singing along. Had a great time!"

I love this place! I've been to
plenty of Italian restaurants in Las Vegas and this is the best in my opinion, (I'm Italian and have been cooking for years). The food is authentic and delicious everytime. I've tried just about everything on the menu. We usually visit Saturday and Wednesday nights. Wednesday nights are great because of their half price wine list."

Sergio, our server, was just
great! The food was delicious! Prices were very reasonable. I would recommend Salvatore's to everyone!"

There are many itlalian
restaurants in Las Vegas, and this is one of many. While the food is a bit above average, I found the wait staff fair. This is nothing outstanding about this restaurant. Would I be back, I doubt it. There are many more inventive and delightful dishes among the other restaurants here in town. The one thing I found the most irritating was the piano player. The sound system is way too loud for a 7pm dinner--his singing is ok, piano playing ok, but the accoustics in the place are not conducive to having a nice, quiet dinner. We were screaming over each other to talk. I could see playing like this around 9:30-10--but not at the prime dinner hour."

We got there when they opened and
by 5:15 they were almost full. The meal was one of the best we had at Salvatore's. Everything was steam hot..."

While our food was excellent and
the room is very nice, the service was less than desirable on this visit. Our waiter was somewhere else than our table of four. Obviously no one was supervising the front of the house. We finally got our wine in two separate deliveries by another waiter. Not the service we expect."

Unexpected quality restaurant find
in a Casino Hotel near Red Rock/Summerlin. Worth the drive and the spend - yummy!"
Dined on 3/9/2013
The food and service is generally
good, although inconsistent. It's the first and last impressions that are annoying. The host appears old-school Italian and most often acts unfriendly if not just rude as he greets diners. He is gruff except when he hugs and kisses his friends. At the end of the meal, expect to wait as long as 30 minutes for your check. This isn't because they hate to see you go, it's apparently because only one person is allowed to process tickets and isn't very efficent. We've gotten into the habit of asking for our check when the food arrives. Specials often seem over-priced, and portions sometimes are small. You'll get the best service and dining experience if you ask for Billy. He is an outstanding waiter."
