The Branzini is so beautifully prepared and presented. I don't believe I've ever had any better, and that is compared to fine restaurants in NYC. Great service. The owners are always present and could not be more gracious. The food is exceptional. The wine from their vineyard in Tuscany is our favorite, but the entire wine list is excellent. Service is friendly and very professional. It is a wonderful dining experience. The food is the best Italian cuisine in town, in my opinion, and the wait staff is professional and very Italian. Definitely a place for any occasion, special or not. The owner Alberto has become a friend and hosted us with a group of friends in Tuscany last year at his villa/winery. His wines are superb and Salute is truly an authentic piece of Tuscany in Sarasota. There were four of us and we ordered the sole (2), the veal chop and the chicken parm. All the comments were very positive. The staff handled a party of 10 as easily as they have our usual party of 2 reservations. The food, wine and service were all outstanding. Bravo.
