Salito’sGood as UsualOur most recent visit to Salito's was as good as usual. My wife's fried calamari left a little to be desired but overall, the experience was good. Enjoyed some very good seafood dishes and a few of the new breakfast menu items for Mother's Day. Smaller portions and not cheap, but not overly expensive for what you get (in Sausalito). It was great to sit out on their large waterfront deck in the sun. The bread is wonderful and comes hot in a skillet. The side salads were delicious and the house dressing had a wonderful fresh flavor. Three of us had different types of fish with the lemon-butter sauce and cous cous pasta. The only negative comment is that the cheese plate appetizer was smaller than we expected for the price and did not come with crackers or bread to use with the cheese. Wonderful view onto the harbor - watch boats and kayakers in the water.
Crab sandwich was amazing! and we were jealous of the table next to us who got a seafood grill mix that is served hot on a grill pan. Chimal our waiter was excellent with his charm and attentiveness. The seafood and prime rib were outstanding. The view out to the bay was also equally as exquisite.
