  • Entertainment: In the summer months, we boast the largest patio seating in the city. It overlooks the Bay of Fundy as well as a boardwalk loaded with entertainment all summer long. Saint John Idol, Country Star, Weekly Car Shows, Live Music and Festivals fill the stage almost every night throughout the summer. Inside we are connected to a pedway system linked to Harbour Station and the home of the Saint John Sea Dogs as well as many concerts including, Neil Young, Elton John, Carrie Underwood etc... We are a front stage for the Santa Clause parade and many other festivities all year long.

A word from Saint John Ale House
The Saint John Ale House offers progressive pub food in a casual, relaxed dining room, in our pub and on our waterfront patio during the summer. We take pride in knowing where our food comes from and use locally grown and seasonal produce, meats and fish from New Brunswick farmers in many of our… menu items and daily specials.

We offer the largest selection of beer in Saint John, including several local craft beers such as Moosehead Cask Ale made exclusively for the SJAH. We have an extensive wine list and also serve creative cocktails hand-made by our mixologist.

Join us for a few drinks in the pub, or dine in our restaurant. If you're interested in an all around fun night out in Saint John - we look forward to hosting you!
