SAGRA is meant to evoke the raucous atmosphere of the sagre of Italy. SAGRA is casual, reasonably priced, down-to-earth, can be crowded and loud and is always meant to be fun. It is a place to relax and unwind. Here, as back in Italy, it is all about the food and wine. SAGRA is the food of today’s Italy. It is our hope to spread the word that Italian food is much more subtle, healthy and light than people realize.
