"Had a birthday dinner here with the family and it was fantastic! Wine, appetizers, entrees, and dessert- all were fantastic. My husband said the bistro salad he ordered was one of the best salads he'd ever eaten in his life. Very small restaurant (only about 7-10 tables) so it was very intimate and comfortable. Can't wait to go back!"

"I have loved Metro's Institute for the Culinary Arts for a long time. The quality has ebbed and flowed, but right now they are back on top! My husband and I had dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the food could not have been better prepared. Each item in the dish complemented one another. MCC has the BEST creme brule in all of Omaha - infact I think many of the creme brules in town are the same receipe from MCC, but just not executed as well. Bring your families, friends and enjoy fine dining while helping train future chefs and restaurantures in Omaha and the surrounding community... you won't be dissapointed."

"A warm welcoming accompanied by great service, really started our evening dinner off right. We enjoyed the atmosphere along with the variety of delicious food, however, a few of the dishes were somewhat cold when they arrived at our table."
