"Everything great except for hostess. Tried to seat us outdoors on parking lot! Then offered us dining seats at bar. She tried to tell us that the seating was selected by compute and that nothing else was available. Finally, after requesting manager, we were seated at a nice table in the main dining room within several miniutes. Apart from the EXTREMELY poor service by the hostess, everything was fine."

"Enjoyed our meal. Have been serveral times in time for the Early Bird, however, when seated, we have never been given the EB menu and had to ask for it. The response has been. " Don't know if we are offering it, but will check. Then they come back with the EB menu. Must purchase a drink to receive the discount.( Does not have to be alcoholic)"

"The food and service were terrific. This time we sat outside and the noise level was moderate. Last time we ate inside and the noise level was energetic (maybe even higher). It is definitely a plus to eat outside."

"We have been patronizing this restaurant for many years. This was the most disappointing dining experience we have ever had there. The escargot was overcooked (crispy), the bread was tasteless and we had to ask 3 times to change. Worst of all, this reservation was made with a special request, it was my son's birthday, to have a special desert presented to him. I also called the restaurant beforehand to remind them and was told that the request is there and it will be taken care of. Also spoke to the hostess when we arrived to reiterate the request for the special desert. She said no problem it is noted. We never got that special desert. We ordered from the menu to my disappointment. The only thing that was good was the roasted duck."

"I've been here a few times and the food is always amazing but be warned that you will be there for a while. The apps take about 15 min to get to the table and the entrees take about 30 min depending on how busy they are. The food absolutely makes up for it. Our waiter took 2 glasses of wine off our check b/c we had to wait so long for our food. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place for you."
