The food was fresh and different with a locally grown touch. Well worth the price. Go if you can :-)6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the best meals I've ever hadSage came highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, efficient and never overbearing. I had the corn soup and the Kobe Beef steak for dinner. Both dishes were beautifully presented and tasted even better. I fully recommend the Pineapple Mousse, it was delicious. I highly recommend Sage. Go out of your way to visit.6/10/2013 12:00:00 AMAwesome!Thoroughly enjoyed eating here! I can't wait for another occasion to come back.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMLove the experienceSage is a great restaurant to dine at. Although there's a dress code, I saw a couple come in with jeans and a tshirt (but still presentable). My boyfriend and I both did the chef tasting menu and it was delicious. Definitely will return.6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMFood and Service was amazing.Food and Service was amazing. The Steak Tartar should not be missed!6/7/2013 12:00:00 AMSimply fabulousWe were treated like royalty, and the chef's menu was fantastic. Loved the Foie Gras Brulee. And I've never had Beef Belly before. Highly recommend Sage.6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMStill the bestIf you want the best , don't look elsewhere , better than more expensive restaurants , try the veal cheeks , best bang for your buck and one of the nicest place too , elegant , sofisticate , plus Bond is a great server and a friend , ask for him.6/3/2013 12:00:00 AMThumbs upWe were 4 having dinner on a Saturday. Very romantic, beautiful and vibrant restaurant.
Service was great - air conditioning a little strong and server overheard my wife say she was a little cold. They brought over very nice black Shawn to keep them warm....that was impressive.
Table had steak, Kobe, fis and pasta and everyone enjoyed their meals.
They got us out in time for our shoe and the whole experience was very nice.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMSwoon-worthyThis was our second time back to Sage and it did not disappoint. Every morsel of food is incredible - appetizers, desserts, breads, amuse-bouche, main courses...you name it. We can't wait to go back. The service is perfect - courteous, professional, friendly and efficient. The scene is, well - it's Vegas so you never know...! Highly recommend Sage for a memorable night out. A culinary gem.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMBeautiful Dining ExperianceWent for a wedding anniversary. We both had the four course signature menu and it was amazing. Great service to boot! And while not cheap we felt it was a great value at about $80 a plate.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was amazing, had theFood was amazing, had the tuna tartare as a starter was delish. I got the scallops and ate every piece on the plate, my friend got the lamb shoulder and she loved her food as well...5/30/2013 12:00:00 AMBest dining experience everThis place is at the top of my list. Complex dishes that were perfectly balanced and portions were just the right size. Beef was my favorite along with the pork. For dessert they have a savory olive oil ice cream with basil and chocolate which is out of this world. Service was great as well. I had no problem with the spacing between the tables. It was slightly close but far enough where you could still enjoy your own conversations. Will def be back to do their tasting menu!5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMDElish!!!Absolutely fabulous!!! Best food I had while I was in Vegas. Had the grilled octopus salad (my fav) and scallops.5/23/2013 12:00:00 AMMmmmm so goooood!I had the Signature Tasting Menu at Sage. I started with the Foie Gras Brulee, the dish was very rich and it was heavenly. Next was the Main Dayboat Scallops, which were cooked to perfection, the sauce was very flavorful from the braised oxtail. Iberico Pork Loin was good, but I do find the date puree a bit too sweet and the spring onions a bit on the salty side. Dessert was Gianduja Pave, a hazelnut chocoloate mousse like square with olive oil ice-cream, basil jam and some raspberries. The chocolate was smooth and silky, the basil jam made the dessert fresh. It was a great end to an awesome dinner.5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMLovely meal in Las VegasAlthough pricey - we both had the 4 course dinner for $89 each - it was truly a wonderful way to go. Food was top notch5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMSage- One of the best in Las VegasWe had one of the best prepared, creative and highest quality dinner experiences in our over 24 years of entertaining guest and company team members at Sage on the last hight of our annual RECON convention in Las Vegas. The quality and flavor profiles of each dish was remarkable, equal to the very best of the best in the highly competitive culinary scene of the modern Sin City. Virginia our server and Nick the house Sommelier were professional, friendly very knowledgable. The wine offers, though somewhat limited had excellent value examples of most quality producing wines regions of the world. We ordered our appetizers to be served tapas still. Do not miss the Froi Gra Brûlée, Tuna Tartare, or the braised Sweet Breads, or Veal Cheeks5/22/2013 12:00:00 AMSage - LV (Aria)Great food and service. Close attention to food allergies. Background music track tended to be a little caustic - a little intrusive and an odd pairing with find dining experience.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect in every way!!Perfect lighting, perfect seating, perfect food, perfect service, perfect ambience. Just PERFECT!!!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMTop Dining in Las VegasThis is one of the top meals I've ever had in Las Vegas (or anywhere for that matter). Each dish was memorable. I may have had the best scallops of my life here and all the other dishes were tops too. Our waiter was just the right amount of helpful directing us through the menu. The meal was properly paced. The noise level made it possible to have a quiet and calm conversation. I just cannot say enough about Sage. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you want a great meal with reasonable prices.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing & disappointingI only wish the quality of service did justice to amazingly delicious food and wine. Even if our server was indifferent and borderline rude, the oysters, veal cheeks and shortrib made the experience still memorable!! Even so I am not sure the front of house should be so sloppy and would have to think twice about going back.. I would follow Chef McClain to his next endeavor for sure5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMDelightful eveningWe visited Sage as we had read a lot of reviews of fine dining restaurants in Las Vegas and wanted something fantastic but at a reasonable price. We found it. The farm to fork ethos is a great point to mention for this restaurant. We had a main course and dessert each, as well as cocktails and were given absolutely amazing bacon bread and an amuse bouche as well. Service was good but a little unresponsive, although it is appreciated that our server was dealing with a lot of tables. He was still very attentive, just if they had a few more waiting staff this place could be perfect.5/16/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing ExperienceWent for a birthday dinner and was absolutely blown away. Every aspect of the dining experience far exceeded my expectations even after a glowing review from my co-worker prior to my dining experience. We started out with an excellent introduction of the dishes by our very knowledgeable server, Erin. She was more than happy to walk us through her favorites and answer all of questions. Appetizers were amazing and the wagyu tartare, foie gras, and grilled spanish octopus are not to be missed! The meal only got better with unbelievable entrees, and wine pairings. Can't thank Sage enough for a truly mind-blowing meal to cap off an excellent birthday in Vegas!5/15/2013 12:00:00 AMElegant, tables spaced farElegant, tables spaced far apart, great lighting, great food.5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMBest of Las Vegas StripFoodies. Do not wait any longer. You can not consider yourself a foodie until you experience an evening at Sage. Fantastic food, superb tasting menu, and such an enjoyable experience.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBest of Las VegasThis place has great atmosphere and great food. We've had dinner here 3 times and every time has been a wonderful experience!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMFood is paired soo well..Food is paired soo well.. Melts in your mouth!! Definitely recommend and will go again. Service was on par, super friendly and helpful.5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMVegas is full of famous chef'sVegas is full of famous chef's who just put their name on the door and most of those places are lousy, over priced and lack class. Sage is the opposite. It is by far one of the best places to eat in Vegas. The wine list is extensive but if you ask the sommelier for the best bang for you buck you will get a great bottle. I can't wait to go back.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food in Las VegasIf you want to dpend a nice dinner with great food, dont miss Sage. Be prepared for the great starters and the steaks. Take a nice glass of wine and their signature coctails.5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMWow!I really can't say enough good things about this restaurant! My husband & I shared the oyster appetizer, and for the main course I had the short ribs, and my husband had the veal cheeks. Both of us were in agreement that it was one of the best meals we've experienced. Each course was seasoned to perfection, and the presentation & service were outstanding. Our only disappointment was the fact that we had late reservations - 10pm - and felt it was too late for us to do the Chef's Tasting Menu. We are from Chicago, and will be making reservations soon for the Green Zebra!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMTop of the lineSage was truly an outstanding blend of ambiance, service and delicious food. I highly recommend it for entertaining out-of-town friends!5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMViva Las Vegas, Sage at AriaFood was wonderful. Did the chef tasting menu and my friend as well but she added the wine tasting. Slow-Poached Organic Farm Egg was to die for. The oysters were fresh and tasty. We were served an aperitif of a hot chocolate and cinnamon that was so wonderful I still crave to this day. We were there on vacation. Would definetly keep on my list of places to return to when I go back to Vegas. Highly recommend!!4/30/2013 12:00:00 AMGood choice at AriaAria Hotel offers many options for dining, but sincerly, I preferred Sage. Vibrant scenic view at the bar, quite noisy for romantic moment but it's really impresive the view at the bar. The food is superb, the foie-gras is exquisite and the octopus too. The red snapper was delicious but the lobster mezzalunas were quite disappointing. Good place and prices are just reasonables. Good service.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMWe enjoyed the chef's tastingWe enjoyed the chef's tasting menu. It was a delicious journey and a lovely anniversary dinner!4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing meal and service.Amazing meal and service. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a glass of champagne for us along with a warm welcome.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMWould describe it all if allowed ;)This was a beautiful taste experience. We both had the $89 tasting menu and each and every course was to die for! I supplemented the first course for the fois gras bruele which was decadent and unlike anything I'd had before. The Waygu tartar was very complex in flavour and for my dinner guest who did not think he liked raw beef, he gobbled this right up! The rabbit sadle and bay scallop were equally decadent, and the 48hr beef belly was melt-in-your-mouth heaven (I do not like fatty meats, but this just completely melted into pure rich ecstasy, I didn't mind). I substituted the snapper for their third course options as I wanted fish and this was divine! One side crisp almost like deep fried brioche and had a melody of flavours dancing.....4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant was reccomendedThis restaurant was reccomended by a friend. I had high hope for it because they are foodies and love what the eat. I was not disappointed the atmoshphere and the service were excellent. If there is a better word than excellent that would discribe the food. I had the veal cheeks and it was so moist and delicious. I would hightly reccomend this restaurant.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMThumbs up for Sage !Overall, a great dining experience. The service and atmosphere were top notch. Everything on the pre theater menu was delicious, as well as the sweetbread appetizer.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMGlad I did my researchI looked at a few lists of Vegas' best restaurants. Sage popped up a few times. So I went.
What a fantastic meal. We had a large work group (16 people) and everyone was served quickly. The food was delicious and inspired. And the wine list was nice and large.
Definitely will go back next time I'm in Vegas.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMA+ restaurantGreat overall experience. Will return on our next LV trip.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMVery pleasing experience,Very pleasing experience, great food and service, and some Absinthe to end the meal!4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMSage couldn't split the billSage couldn't split the bill up for larger groups...only stuggle with our experience.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food and service wereThe food and service were very good, but the true highlight of the evening was the amuse bouche dessert drink served compliments of the house. It was a hot vanilla and white chocolate drink. Truly outstanding!4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMTrue excellenceOne of the very best dining experiences I've had. The presentation, quality, flavor, creativity were the biggest I've seen. The wine list was mind blowing. Service was the ultimate, without being pretentious like some fine dining establishments tend to lean. The value for what you get at Sage, is high.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFine Dining Again & AgainSage Experience was a knockout. I received undivided attention from my server. The Chef's Tasting Menu was creative. each course built on the previous item. The wine list offers some bottles that are fairly priced. The freshness of the menu items is evident. Server also helped me tailor my dining experience for some personal health reasons. This is a fine dining establishment I will return to.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMBest meal I'v ever eaten,Best meal I'v ever eaten, I live in Europe and I'v eaten in the continents best restaurants but Sage was totally mint blowing, every dish and every matching beverage was flawless. The service and ambiance was awsome too, I could die happy now.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is one of our favoriteThis is one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas, along with Mix at THEHotel. The portions here look ridiculously small on the plate, the kind of portions that people poke fun of when it comes to fine dining. But the dishes are actually quite filling and the flavors are intense and wonderful. You won't be disappointed!4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMemorableSpectacular food. Excellent service. Gorgeous decor. The white asparagus salad (appetizer) and scallops (entree) were the best I've ever had. Definitely the best restaurant at Aria, which has a number of notable places. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny!4/9/2013 12:00:00 AMApps and salads were all quiteApps and salads were all quite good, but the mains sealed the deal.
Spanish octopus was as unique a dish as I have ever tried. Pork Loin, Scallops, and Short Ribs all mind-blowing.
Great booze as well, the dessert we had was amazing- although it was the only one out of 5 on the menu that sounded appealing.4/8/2013 12:00:00 AMOnce in a LifetimeMy evening at Sage was certainly one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had. I was greeted warmly by two beautiful hostesses and by a gentleman who appeared to be the manager. My reservation confirmed, I was immediately whisked away to a great spot in view of the bar area. The seating was very comfortable and relaxed. The food was course after course of delectable and exquisitely prepared and perfectly presented plates served with style by a gentleman waiter that was knowledgeable about everything Sage. The Maine Diver Day Scallops were the best thing I can recall ever eating. Ever. The presentation and enjoyment of my induction into the "Absinthe Club" was the culmination of an amazing experience. My highest recommendation.4/8/2013 12:00:00 AM
