You can not consider yourself a foodie until you experience an evening at Sage. Fantastic food, superb tasting menu, and such an enjoyable experience.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBest of Las VegasThis place has great atmosphere and great food. We've had dinner here 3 times and every time has been a wonderful experience!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMFood is paired soo well..Food is paired soo well.. Melts in your mouth!! Definitely recommend and will go again. Service was on par, super friendly and helpful.5/9/2013 12:00:00 AMVegas is full of famous chef'sVegas is full of famous chef's who just put their name on the door and most of those places are lousy, over priced and lack class. Sage is the opposite. It is by far one of the best places to eat in Vegas. The wine list is extensive but if you ask the sommelier for the best bang for you buck you will get a great bottle. I can't wait to go back.5/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat food in Las VegasIf you want to dpend a nice dinner with great food, dont miss Sage. Be prepared for the great starters and the steaks. Take a nice glass of wine and their signature coctails.5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMWow!I really can't say enough good things about this restaurant! My husband & I shared the oyster appetizer, and for the main course I had the short ribs, and my husband had the veal cheeks. Both of us were in agreement that it was one of the best meals we've experienced. Each course was seasoned to perfection, and the presentation & service were outstanding. Our only disappointment was the fact that we had late reservations - 10pm - and felt it was too late for us to do the Chef's Tasting Menu. We are from Chicago, and will be making reservations soon for the Green Zebra!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMTop of the lineSage was truly an outstanding blend of ambiance, service and delicious food. I highly recommend it for entertaining out-of-town friends!5/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGood choice at AriaAria Hotel offers many options for dining, but sincerly, I preferred Sage. Vibrant scenic view at the bar, quite noisy for romantic moment but it's really impresive the view at the bar. The food is superb, the foie-gras is exquisite and the octopus too. The red snapper was delicious but the lobster mezzalunas were quite disappointing. Good place and prices are just reasonables. Good service.4/29/2013 12:00:00 AMWe enjoyed the chef's tastingWe enjoyed the chef's tasting menu. It was a delicious journey and a lovely anniversary dinner!4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing meal and service.Amazing meal and service. We were celebrating our anniversary and they had a glass of champagne for us along with a warm welcome.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMWould describe it all if allowed ;)This was a beautiful taste experience. We both had the $89 tasting menu and each and every course was to die for! I supplemented the first course for the fois gras bruele which was decadent and unlike anything I'd had before. The Waygu tartar was very complex in flavour and for my dinner guest who did not think he liked raw beef, he gobbled this right up! The rabbit sadle and bay scallop were equally decadent, and the 48hr beef belly was melt-in-your-mouth heaven (I do not like fatty meats, but this just completely melted into pure rich ecstasy, I didn't mind). I substituted the snapper for their third course options as I wanted fish and this was divine! One side crisp almost like deep fried brioche and had a melody of flavours dancing.....4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant was reccomendedThis restaurant was reccomended by a friend. I had high hope for it because they are foodies and love what the eat. I was not disappointed the atmoshphere and the service were excellent. If there is a better word than excellent that would discribe the food. I had the veal cheeks and it was so moist and delicious. I would hightly reccomend this restaurant.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMThumbs up for Sage !Overall, a great dining experience. The service and atmosphere were top notch. Everything on the pre theater menu was delicious, as well as the sweetbread appetizer.4/24/2013 12:00:00 AMA+ restaurantGreat overall experience. Will return on our next LV trip.4/23/2013 12:00:00 AMVery pleasing experience,Very pleasing experience, great food and service, and some Absinthe to end the meal!4/22/2013 12:00:00 AMGood food with fixed priceGood food with fixed price menu. Portions were small and we were still hungry after a 4 course meal4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMSage couldn't split the billSage couldn't split the bill up for larger groups...only stuggle with our experience.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food and service wereThe food and service were very good, but the true highlight of the evening was the amuse bouche dessert drink served compliments of the house. It was a hot vanilla and white chocolate drink. Truly outstanding!4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMTrue excellenceOne of the very best dining experiences I've had. The presentation, quality, flavor, creativity were the biggest I've seen. The wine list was mind blowing. Service was the ultimate, without being pretentious like some fine dining establishments tend to lean. The value for what you get at Sage, is high.4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFine Dining Again & AgainSage Experience was a knockout. I received undivided attention from my server. The Chef's Tasting Menu was creative. each course built on the previous item. The wine list offers some bottles that are fairly priced. The freshness of the menu items is evident. Server also helped me tailor my dining experience for some personal health reasons. This is a fine dining establishment I will return to.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMBest meal I'v ever eaten,Best meal I'v ever eaten, I live in Europe and I'v eaten in the continents best restaurants but Sage was totally mint blowing, every dish and every matching beverage was flawless. The service and ambiance was awsome too, I could die happy now.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was creative but onlyFood was creative but only good. Waiter was great. My steak was not tender.4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is one of our favoriteThis is one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas, along with Mix at THEHotel. The portions here look ridiculously small on the plate, the kind of portions that people poke fun of when it comes to fine dining. But the dishes are actually quite filling and the flavors are intense and wonderful. You won't be disappointed!4/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMemorableSpectacular food. Excellent service. Gorgeous decor. The white asparagus salad (appetizer) and scallops (entree) were the best I've ever had. Definitely the best restaurant at Aria, which has a number of notable places. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny!4/9/2013 12:00:00 AMApps and salads were all quiteApps and salads were all quite good, but the mains sealed the deal.
Spanish octopus was as unique a dish as I have ever tried. Pork Loin, Scallops, and Short Ribs all mind-blowing.
Great booze as well, the dessert we had was amazing- although it was the only one out of 5 on the menu that sounded appealing.4/8/2013 12:00:00 AMOnce in a LifetimeMy evening at Sage was certainly one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had. I was greeted warmly by two beautiful hostesses and by a gentleman who appeared to be the manager. My reservation confirmed, I was immediately whisked away to a great spot in view of the bar area. The seating was very comfortable and relaxed. The food was course after course of delectable and exquisitely prepared and perfectly presented plates served with style by a gentleman waiter that was knowledgeable about everything Sage. The Maine Diver Day Scallops were the best thing I can recall ever eating. Ever. The presentation and enjoyment of my induction into the "Absinthe Club" was the culmination of an amazing experience. My highest recommendation.4/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place to check out.We reserved a table at Sage for a special occasion. Both myself and my significant other ordered the seasonal tasting menu, and then basically split the choices. The food was excellent, well-prepared, rightly portioned, and comfortably seasoned, with a couple of excellent little twists in each course. Nothing mind-blowing, but here was not a bad item on the menu. Our service was perfect.
The ambiance was a touch too new school for my tastes. Popular/dance music played at a somewhat muted volume seemed to rush or pulse people in and out, and we were much more inclined to talk the night away at the table. The music, and the general feel seemed to push you out the door. That being said, it is a beautiful set-up.4/8/2013 12:00:00 AMtrue fine dining in vegasA genuine fine cuisine in a sea of rip offs restaurants in las vegas. dishes fe small but beutifull and delicious
pricy but worth every penny4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfectionOur 3rd dinner at Sage and our 3 perfect dinner there. It's that simple - perfection on the plate, on the tongue, in the wineglass, in the ambiance and the service. Aria has the strongest lineup of restaurants in Las Vegas and each is phenomenal, with Sage being our favorite. Even though we want to try other tables in town, we insist on one dinner at Sage every visit.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMI ordered the chef's selectionI ordered the chef's selection with my date, and with each course the food got better and better. It was topped off with a very interesting hazelnut dessert with olive oil ice cream and a touch of sage. Strange but extremely delicious.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMWait staff incredible. WonderfulWait staff incredible. Wonderful ambiance and food was fabulous.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMNice work!Built a custom tasting menu. Som Nick was fantastic in assisting with pairing our own wines with Sage's menu. Great food, great service, great night.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMMmmm... Foie Gras Brûlée!My boyfriend and went there for my birthday and had the Signature tasting menu. I'm a foodie and have experienced many tasting menus at fine dining restaurants around the world. I thought it was excellent and a good value. Our favorites were the foie gras brûlée and the 48 hr pork belly. We both tried different desserts and they were both delicious. They had a great beer and wine selection too.
The service was impeccable and somebody was always there to clear your plate the second you finished. We would definitely go here again.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMA.M.A.Z.I.N.G.My girlfriend and I both ordered the Chef tasting menu (4 courses). It was perfect. Just the right amount of meticulously prepared food before a night on the town. The service was amazing and the drink pairings allowed us not worry about making any decisions. We capped the dinner off with some Absinthe (very unique and worth a try).
As a side note: My girlfriend is Gluten Free and Sage had no problem accommodating.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMFantastic ambience in bothFantastic ambience in both the bar and dining room, elegant, tasteful and a wonderful background to the creative dishes that deliver at the same level. Had a wonderful experience.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing food! Unique dishesAmazing food! Unique dishes that were a real treat, and very attentive service. Would definitely go back.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMWe both had the Chef's TastingWe both had the Chef's Tasting Menu. It was by far the best meal we have every had. Service was timely and attentive. Overall a great experience.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMLocally sourced, nice ambiance,Locally sourced, nice ambiance, terrific selection of liquors.3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMI don't want to give SageI don't want to give Sage such an awesome review, because I sure some some will think it's s shine job, but Sage met and exceeded my expectations. The service (from being greeted at the host stand until leaving the restaurant) was prompt, thoughtful, and team-oriented. I chose the four-course signature tasting menu (wagyu beef tartare, rabbit salad, Iberico pork, and gianduja pavé) with beer pairings. The pairings were skillful and effective. The meal aslo included an amuse bouche of lamb tartare and a post-dessert finish of white chocolate soup. The pacing worked well, calm but not too leisurely. Overall, based on what I saw, the pairing menu seems like a better value and experience than ordring a la carte.3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMInnovative food flavorsThe food was very good and the service was as it should be. The only problem that I had was that the menu was much more limited than I was expecting. From the menus I saw online I was anticipating a better selection of seafood dishes. It would also be nice to see more selections for vegetarians and vegans on the menu. With that said they were very accommodating about making special dishes to meet dietary requirements. Another item I thought was nice was the wine list was on a digital tablet. Although we could not get the tablet to work it would have been fun if it had. All in all it was a good experience. I would not recommend this place for someone on a budget or looking for large portions of food. Those people will need to look elsewhere.3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMHad another outstanding mealHad another outstanding meal on our last visit to Sage. The creativity of the dishes and constantly changing options makes Sage our favorite Vegas restaurant.3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMPhenomenal experience, superbPhenomenal experience, superb food, timing of courses was just perfect. Highly recommended for foodies. We had the chef's tasting menu, very very good. High quality food, more focus on actually tasting good than just experimental.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMSage, an Outstanding Vegas Gem-One of my favorite meals ever, and I have worked in fine dining my entire adult life. The sweetbread app was to die for! Service was impeccable, portions appropriate, and the menu was creative, fresh, and sustainable. I am really only a stickler for great food, but the restaurant itself has a relaxed modern lounge feel that lets you feel comfortable in most any attire.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMThis restaurant received theThis restaurant received the best reviews of the restaurants in the Aria hotel. Four of us had dinner and really felt it was very average. The service was truly outstanding though. I feel bad to rate them poorly as they even brought us two different chef tastings. Of the four of us, the two that had the beef tartare said it was wonderful. The two that had the green garlic soup thought it was a little lacking in flavor. We each had completely different entrees (pork, chicken, snapper, strip steak)and all felt the food was just okay.3/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGo for one of the tastingGo for one of the tasting menus with matching wines and you won't be disappointed, albeit several dollars lighter. But the unique and original cuisine, coupled with outstanding service, will make Sage a restaurant to remember -- one of the experiences you can take with you from Vegas.3/5/2013 12:00:00 AMHyped to be a Zagat "Best"Hyped to be a Zagat "Best" - did not find it to be so. Very good though but given the number of options in Vegas, I would not likely go back.2/23/2013 12:00:00 AM
