Saddle Ranch Chop House - SunsetGreat people watchingI came here for the bottomless mimosas. I love the food here, it is always fantastic. But the bottomless mimosas were WEAK. I might as well go spend $15 or $20 elsewhere because I will get more than one sip of champagne in my glass. The server literally told us to drink our mimosas like shots! I'm sorry but my stomach hurt after drinking so much stinkin' juice! Pretty disappointing to not have a REAL mimosa. I'm sure the champagne costs $2 a bottle...I would be willing to pay more if they would just FILL MY GLASS with more than just juice.6/1/2013 12:00:00 AMSteakhouse FUN!!!!My daughter and I came here to celebrate her 15th birthday and we had the best time ever. From the minute we walked in til the moment we left, we loved everything!!!! The Staff was AMAZING!!! We had a waiter named Nick and his trainee Dan, as well as Tiffany, and they were all so kind, funny, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They knew it was her birthday and gave her/us a complimentary tower of cotton candy!!! Which we had to take home due to the huge portion sizes of their entrees! You will not leave hungry!!!!!! I'm so happy we chose to stop here during our trip from Ohio. I had seen this restaurant on a reality tv show here. It was fun, lively, had a mechanical bull and such a great mix of people...young and older! They are so personable and just make you feel so welcome!
I can't recall the name of our 1st waitress but she was a sweetheart. She checked back on us so frequently - her shift was over early but Desmond our other waiter was just as good. Partake in a conversation with our family and being my husbands birthday he made it soo much fun! He was great! Everything was, down to the 3 ft cotton candy given to my husband
And of course the s'mores:)

We were celebrating a 40th birthday and Saddle Ranch did not disappoint. The food was tasty, reasonably priced and plenty of choices for all types of eaters not just those looking for steak. The service was phenomenal...don't know if all the servers will be as good as ours was, but Nick was great! He was super friendly and never missed a beat getting us anything we asked for and more on a very busy Saturday night. The mechanical bill was awesome to ride and watch. Definitely suggest getting a table near the bull so you can watch the festivities. Even if you don't ride the bull, it's still a great time just watching other people. I was told about the wait time (15-20) and then said how I put my name in online and moments later I was shown to my seat. I couldn't have asked for better. Then not only was the service very friendly but the atmosphere was great!!
