It took us over a half hour just to narrow down what we would like to eat, because it all sounded so appetizing. The waiter was a great, the selections that he help us pick were amazing. We started with the tuna tartar which was probably the best I have ever had in the edmonton area. I had the fresh halibut and prawns which was is this to die for white wine cream sauce. The fish was cooked and seasoned perfectly (the chef even put the cream sauce on the side for me as I am lactose sensitive). Go Wednesday to Saturday and you also get entertainment.
They even allow you to bring your own wine for a corkage fee of $25.00.
I had the halibut with prawns, in a white cream sauce and rice. All I can say is Wow.
Our server was Karen who did a terrific job and Nick uncorked and served the wine to perfection, even decanting a bottle for our table.

The atmosphere is very comfortable, with a pianist or (last Saturday) a classical guitarist. This might sound stuffy, but it is anything but. When a young person began wimpering, the guitarist changed from a classical version of a Michael Jackson tune to Twinkle, Twinkle. The kid calmed right down. There's a light murmur of conversation and laughter, but nothing too loud. The food is incredible. How they offer such a great selection at such a high quality is beyond me. Portions are perfect, and the staff are informative and friendly. It is difficult to find the combination of chocolate and hot pepper in Edmonton. I highly recommend the seabass, the lamb gnocchi, and the halibut.....all very yummy!
