The recipes are authentic as the chef is Cuban. My favorite dishes are: Cuban Sandwich, Tostones, Bistec Empanizado, Black Beans, Flan.

She made some recommendations which we took. Sizzling shrimp is one if the best things I've eaten. And I never would have tried the spicy margarita if it had not been recommended.
