We love our whisky and cook with it every chance we get: Southern Fried Chicken with whiskey chicken gravy, Gentleman Jack Mac’n Cheese and West Coast Cod with Whisky Miso Butter are a few of our whisky infused entrees.
Some of our Southern influenced dishes are: Jambalaya and Rosemary French Toast with Fried Chicken and maple syrup.
We use local free run chicken and eggs, house made organic burgers and Oceanwise seafood.
