Grace is the Owner and Executive Chef Siriwan Rerksuttisiridach. Bangkok born and raised, she apprenticed under Penpan Sittitrai, teacher of Royal Thai Chefs for the Royal Family of Thailand. Grace wanted to give Vancouver true Thai cuisine flavoured with her own creativity. Grace and Simply Thai are the real deal. Simply Thai's selection of more than 200 different types wines from BC, Australia, California, Germany and France offers a range of wines that go perfectly with Thai dishes, including Alsatian, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer.
