Using fruit-wood we are able to keep the oven at temperatures upwards of 712 degrees. This temperature is optimal for creating the perfect pizza. That heat combined with the best flour in the country give us the foundation on which we build beautiful pizzas. Local farmers & producers help us with the finishing touches.
