The third restaurant from James Beard Award-winning chef Maria Hines, Agrodolce is inspired by her love for the Mediterranean coast and her culinary and cultural travels to Italy. Kingfisher Restaurant & Wine Bar features gourmet meals created with the freshest local ingredients, many from Sleeping Lady's own two-acre organic garden. Meals are chef's choice and are served buffet style in Kingfisher's lodge-style setting which features exposed wood beams, river rock, and sweeping views of Icicle Canyon. In the summer months, the terrace and the creek side meadow are available for outdoor dining.

Our executive chef and owner, Maria Hines, is a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef of the Northwest, as well as one of Food & Wine Magazine’s 10 Best New Chefs of 2005 and this year she is a semifinalist for Outstanding Chef. In 2008, the New York Times deemed Tilth one of the best new restaurants in the country. Tilth received its organic certification from Oregon Tilth, an unaffiliated organization that promotes sustainability.
