While we are 100% gluten free, our influences are Australian and European, and very much from the home kitchen. We prepare our meals from scratch. While healthy eating is a big part of what we do. We believe that this does not mean that the enjoyment of food is in any way compromised. We are all about comfort foods, slow roasted meats, meat pies, pasta bakes, lamb sandwiches, colorful salads, and dessert cakes that are to die for.
