Louie’s is obsessed with really, really good grapes, creative gourmet comfort food, and a funky, fun atmosphere to share them. We search all over the world to find you great wines. Many wines come from our relationships with smaller undiscovered vineyards, which offer a great value to our guests.
Wine is supposed to be Fun! We pour BIG and will open any bottle for our guests to try by the glass. When you taste a new varietal at Louie’s, let us know how it changed your concept of what wine is supposed to be.

Named after William Jennings Bryan, the elegant "Noble-Dawes House" located near the Nebraska State Capital was built in 1887. The Chautauqua Bar and the dining rooms named for William Jennings Bryan, Charles Dawes, and George W. Norris give a fascinating glimpse into a grand era in U. S. History.

The original Trophy Room dates back to when Storz Brewing Company was in full swing more than forty years ago. It began as tasting and hospitality room featuring a sporting-lodge motif – a theme close to the hearts of the Storz family’s outdoorsmen lifestyle. It was the place to go share beer, dinner and a story or two with close family and friends. With Storz Brewing Company’s triumphant return, it was only natural to open a restaurant to honor that legendary history. Today, the Trophy Room is an urban lodge, trading game-filled walls for art and memorabilia to remind of us of the rich Storz Brewing Company history. The Trophy Room will forever represent a place where family and friends can get together for dinner, good times and a nice cold glass of Storz beer.
