Inspired by Italy's Puglia region, Moye Ristorante will feature food and wine from the birth place of the famous and delicious burrata. With several locations in Milan and Florence, the Italian team behind Moye joined forces with the guys behind Sardinia Ristorante to bring the already well known restaurant to Miami, the first location in the U.S.
Menu will include fresh homemade pasta, burrata and mozzarella.
