PABU will reopen its doors to the public on Friday, March 7th and resume normal service Saturday, March 8th. At the reopening event, guests will enjoy music from local DJ Jay Gray, savor new menu items and explore PABU’s extensive beverage options. The event will offer guests the first taste of PABU’s new spring cocktails, in addition to a full beverage menu, a sake station and various specials. Upon arrival guests will be welcomed by Japanese Taiko Drummers. Executive Chef Jonah Kim will feature some of his favorite menu items including the Okonomiyaki, Chirashi, fried chicken, vegetable croquettes, vegetable ‘crudite’ and pork loin with Kimchi Rice. Dessert will highlight original dishes from the new Executive Pastry Chef, Dyan Ng.
