Once in the summer, where I sat outside. It was so lovely. Perfect service and the food is unbelievable. The second time was recently. I took my boyfriend for his birthday. We got appetizers and both had entrees. Our waitress was so awesome and was spot on with drink recommendations. She gave us a complimentary piece of cake and made our whole experience wonderful. Went with a group, table area was quiet , not a lot of people there as it was a Thursday evening. Server was excellent , knowledgable of wine, and food menu memorized . Enjoyed the food, the view of the river, and the decor of the eating area. Prices were on the higher side but that is expected somewhat for a nicer place. We had an early reservation and the dinner crowd had not started rolling in so we had a quiet atmosphere to talk and enjoy our meal. The staff was excellent. It appears they truly enjoy the work they do. The food was delicious. I can't say enough good things about the eggplant and any pasta meal promises to be a good choice. Be sure to leave room for dessert! We were there for a very special occasion and towards the end of the meal, my nephew was visited by the GM who congratulated him on his recent accomplishment. He showed detailed knowledge of the menu and was helpful with making recommendations. I had the hot wing ravioli and my husband had the tagliatelle. Both were excellent. The restaurant is usually very noisy and busy, but we've found that sitting in a booth makes it easier to converse. I arranged a birthday celebration along with a good luck party on April 6, 2013. Grafittos was warm and welcoming and did everything in their power to assure a fantastic evening. Our menus were personalized with the names of the birthday girl and my son's who is leaving for training in the Special Forces soon. Celebratory cakes were delivered at the end of a fabulous meal, once again personalized. I could never praise Grafittos enough for the great food and memories made in their restaurant! We walked in to Happy Birthday menus specially made for the boys which they totally loved. The Manager was incredibly kind to us...the staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. The food was outstanding! The freshly made pasta makes a huge difference in quality. Loved hearing that Ryan Braun sometimes comes in and graciously interacts a bit with patrons. We have already told a number of our friends in Franklin and Wauwatosa about Graffitos. We look forward to going back.
