I was very impress with their food & service. My husband and plan on going back again for my birthday or just because we are in the area. The waitress was very nice and she knew the menu and made a very good selection for us. We can not tell you how impress we were, I think we have told just about anyone that will listen to us about the service. The food was upscale as should be but not to my standards
The presenation of the cuts was lacking
The Jumbo shrimp appetizer was flavored very well but the shrimp were no where near jumbo nor did they make this up with quantity. The steaks were fine quality and the prime rib was mouth watering but the cowboy ribeye had been grilled past well done and burned on a portion of the steak. Not acceptable for a place of this calibur.
The wines were decent but I did not find one that really paired well w the meal but the port wine was well
The cheese cakes was fabulous!
I'm sure Ruth's is much better at other locations but unfortunately I will stick to what I know. My wife and I celebrated a promotion from work and the staff and general manager were all very friendly and attentive to our celebration. The food was absolutely fantastic. We had a pleasant gentlemen named Wyatt, who was a master at his position and good with the little ones. Our appetizer came in the form of spicy-glazed calamari. Although I like my calamari a little more crisp, the dish was delightful with a gentle hint of spice. Following closely, came our entrees of 12 oz. prime rib accompanied by a crabcake and the house filet with a uniquely presented lobster tail. My wife thoroughly enjoyed both the crabcake and prime rib. The filet was cooked a perfect medium-rare and seasoned just how I like it. We have also taken a small group there on occasion and everyone loved it. One comment, regarding the side dishes, they are huge, and sometimes not on par with the rest of the meal. The service is outstanding .The steaks are so tender. what more could you want? Oh yes, wine - an extensive list from which to choose.
