She was instrumental from our food choices and also providing recommendations about Princeton. I hesitated to go to RC because of an experience I had years back. However, we are definitely going to be back with our friends. The happy hour has become busy, I just hope the bartenders can keep up and not get overly distracted with conversations with the regulars. We brought our daughters along this time and our server, Jon made sure they were well taken care of. He cut my older daughters filet and had the chef make my younger daughter home made mac and cheese that was delicious! The only thing that I was disappointed with, having not ordered apple juice at Ruth Chris before was that my daughters has 2 glasses of juice at $4 each!! That's really outrageous! We just got home from Disney and even they sell juice for less! I know that Ruth Chris is an expensive meal and we're always willing to spend but $16 on apple juice? The side dishes provide just enough variety to create a wonderful meal. In this case, the potatoes au gratin and the asparagus with hollandaise were great accompaniments! The chocolate cake dessert was very moist. That is the only reason why I give them $60 for a steak. I've been here twice and service was painfully slow both times. This last time, it took a half an hour for someone to greet us and we received our bottle of wine after appetizers were finished.
