The seafood entrees and sides that we had were as always excellent. It is the genuine and sincere warmth from the bartenders, Kevin and Nick that put everything over the top. It was not just perfunctory from our point of view. The service was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. When I asked that we move our table from a location and shape (round) to another in the back of the restaurant (rectangle) the hostess was very accommodating. Our steaks/chicken were outstanding. The sides delicious and the desert good. We had a wonderful time even though I thought the noise level was a little high. Absolutely lives up to the reputation. Steak was great. Server gave a great explanation of how to order. I said that the noise was moderate, but would have said quiet, but there was one loud diner nearby.3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMNice place for a special occassion.My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday. We felt that it was in an odd spot because it was connected to a hotel, it was suprising full considering the restaurant is no on the main highway. Any to the important stuff...my steak was absolutely delicious. I ordered the rib eye and my husband order the cowboy rib eye. They do put butter on the steak which I find is delicious.Some people complain about that, but I enjoy it. The steak was good quality and so it is worth the money. I also enjoyed the 2 sides we ordered, which was lobster and mushroom risotto and creamed spinach.And to top off the wonderful meal we had Bread pudding with whisky sauce - oh my! that was the most delicious bread pudding I've ever had3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
