I was immediately seated at a table with a beautiful view of the golf course! The ambience theme was "Paddock-Horse" style with a bronze horse statue in the reception area. A covered entrance protected diners from any possible weather elements. Ordering the petite filet paired with a lobster tail, sautéed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, a California merlot made my dinner perfection! Dessert: bread pudding laced and covered with whiskey cream. My friend ordered the filet, and banana cream pie crusted over with a propane canister burn similar to that of a crème bruele. The dining experience at Ruth's Chris is the best part of the trip. The food and service are excellent.
