The steaks are "predictable" in the good sense of the word. The wine list is outstanding and the service is always good. The Knoxville location has a nice river view. My wife had a ribeye and I had a filet, plus sides. We started with cocktails and also had a very nice limited red wine. Service is always attentive and friendly. We never get a bad meal and you always know you are getting top notch at Ruth's bit this one was even a cut above. We live in Michigan and the one in (Troy) has disappointed slightly lately so we were thrilled to return to the high quality we love. The food, service, and atmosphere was excellent. When traveling for Easter we were very very pleased with our experience at the Knoxville location.

Ruth's Chris does what they do very well: steaks and sides. The wine list is comprehensive as well. We both had steaks with potato sides and dessert, plus a bottle of red wine and cocktails. The service was very attentive and pleasant. Food quality is predictable in the good sense of the word: Steaks cooked perfectly and plated well, wine quality is good, sides are nicely done. It's hard to beat a Ruth's Chris steak for quality. Prices are what you would expect for this quality of steak. The Knoxville space is nice and open and has a view of the river area from most tables and booths.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect Anniversary EveningWe visit this Ruth's Chris Steakhouse a couple times a year, usually for a special occasion. As in the past the service was outstanding and the food perfectly prepared. We also received special recognition of our Anniversary celebration with a wonderful table, terrific scenic view, table decorations, a succulent complimentary dessert, and staff that were very attentive but not intrusive. Ruth's Chris is obviously on the high side of price, but worth every penny for special experience they provide.
