"My wife had the Filet which was very good, and cooked to order. I was very disappointed in the Stuffed Flounder with Crabmeat. The fish had a fishy smell, and parts were over cooked. The crabmeat did not taste like crabmeat. I've had the same dish at Copelands, and Pappadeaux's, and their's was much, much better."

"The table was at the kitchen door, but the food made up for poor seating. The Filet was perfect and the chicken was mouth watering. We chose the peach desert which would have been good without the caramel. The service was great."

"My steak was undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen, which is also what happened the last time we ate here, as well. The assistant manager came to the table and apologized, as well as giving us gift certificates to use on future visits.

Staff did a good job with service, and the establishment also provided us with a complimentary dessert to help us celebrate our anniversary."

"Very disappointing for a Ruth's Chris. Initial cocktails took 20+ minutes to receive. The staging of the salads, entrees and wine was poor. And I'm not sure if I care to eat in an Embassy Suites lobby."

"This was my first time at Ruth's. I have been to all kinds of steak houses across the country and expected more then what I got for the money. My steak at first had a little fishy taste to it and overall didnt wow me like other steak houses of the same place. Also I ordered a wedge salad. It came out with a ton of blue cheese but little if any dressing.
My second compliant was the waiter was to much help with the wine list on making aselection.
The food was good but not great like it should be. I will choose another steak house in the future."

"Absolutely wonderful dinner from beginning to end. Food was fantastic and service was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The only complaint we had is that there isn't much ambiance to the restaurant itself but that is a minor complaint because the food is so good! My husband especially enjoyed the chocolate mousse cheesecake."

"We were leery on returning to this Ruth's Chris Steak House in Kennesaw after a bad experience in December for my son's 16th birthday. We hardly saw our server, food was served sloppily and the filet mignons were dry. We are frequent visitors of this restaurant as well as the one in Sandy Springs and Fort Worth, TX so we were very disappointed by this visit. We complained and was promised by the manager better service in the future and a gift card.

We are very happy to report that service was excellent once more and so was the food. There's a new manager and Carlin was a very attentive server even though it was Valentine's Day and the place was packed."
