I love how personal the hostesses were, even the assistant servers referenced you by name. The manager was at the door to greet us and I saw both managers circulating the floor. My husband ordered spring water,tuna and fried green tomatoes for appetizers. There was a special for the entree that included a salad (which was HUGE!!!!) ,meat (we chose blackened salmon), and a side. My husband chose marinated mushrooms and I had mashed potatoes. For the price, the salmon was great, however, I would pay the price for a larger piece. But, with all the food I had, I couldn't even eat it all!! We also had dessert included-bread pudding and sorbet.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat as AlwaysWe have celebrated several special occsions at Ruth's Chris in Huntsville and a couple of just "normal" dinners. We love the quality of the steaks and the service. It is pricey - but with that you get an outstanding meal. We have never been disappointed. In addition - I justify the price because I can take my leftovers and eat them for lunch the next day. It is quite a treat to get Ruth's Chris two days in a row! This was a celebration for our daughter who just got a great scholarship to school. They brought a HUGE - really - HUGE chocolate mousse as her dessert that was just fabulous. We have been to the Huntsville restaurant about 5 times and each time the experience is outstanding.
